Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Facilities Technician I provides site facilities maintenance support. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support facilities management and sustainment functions of SPHQ.
- Conduct quarterly inventory reports of all equipment (vacuums, microwaves, Keurig's, etc.), keys, supplies, and furniture.
- Assist with labor and installation for space modifications, reconfigurations and new furniture, or relocated furniture.
- Manage preparation, coordination, checkout, and installation of Non-Technical Collateral Equipment, such as furniture, Audio Visual, and Security System Equipment for facilities.
- Assist with procurement, storage, inventory, and delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Provide support for facility maintenance and new work requests, escort service personnel, interface with customer and track requests.
- Support facilities key management for internal spaces, furniture/cubicles and storage units.
- Provide escort service for all maintenance and project contractors on an as-needed basis.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements/Education:
- High school Diploma required.
- 2-4 years of facilities management experience.
- Experience formatting, processing and records maintenance for official documents.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
- Proven ability to schedule appointments and correspond via email.
- Must be proactive and collaborative with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, show independent judgment and initiative.
- U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Security Requirement:
- DoD SECRET Level Clearance Required

$70,000 and above
