Job Title: Field Technical Trainer (Categories: Electrical, Hydraulic, or Machine Operations) FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Human Resources Reports to: Learning and Development Manager Flex Work Eligible! This position qualifies for the Flexible Work Policy. Employees receive 75 workdays annually to work remote! The initial amount of days is prorated for the first year based on start date. General Description: Primarily responsible for developing and equipping Assistant Operations Managers (AOMs) to become effective front-line trainers within their teams. This role will spend approximately 70% of its time facilitating "train-the-trainer" programs and technical training workshops. Additional time will be spent conducting needs assessments, auditing training effectiveness, refining materials, and supporting training administration. The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design and facilitation skills, practical technical experience, and a passion for enabling leaders to drive learning in the field. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate degree in business, education, relevant technical field, or equivalent Experience: 3+ years of related training/compliance experience Or 7+ years combining adult learning, competency frameworks, and OSHA/FRA safety applications in lieu of education.
