Ambulatory Care Coordinator Urology Full Time 86589BR Job Summary Under the supervision of the Administrative Director or the Urology Faculty Practice, the Ambulatory Care Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, including patient scheduling, billing and authorization, and patient coordination. Urology Care Coordinator evaluates existing administrative processes and develops new administrative procedures to assure optimal practice operation. Responds to patient concerns and escalates sensitive situations as necessary. Works with Urology management to lead and implement projects that advance True North goals and strategic development. Generates and reviews reports and relevant data and suggests process improvements. Monitors revenue process to ensure claims are processed appropriately. The Urology Clinic treats adults with a wide range urinary tract diagnosis. These include common problems such as kidney and bladder stones, urinary tract infections, and urinary incontinence, and less common ones, such as obstructions of the urinary tract and painful bladder syndromes. In men, we provide treatment for benign conditions of the prostate gland, erectile dysfunction and male infertility. Our team is also nationally known for expert repair of traumatic injuries to the genitals and urinary tract. Required Qualifications
