Program Coordinator II - NICU GraDS

1. Coordinate activities and daily operations of NICU GraDS. Schedule and guide families and patients through appointments, and process referrals and prior authorizations.
2. Confer with and advise staff and others to provide technical advice, problem-solving assistance, answers to questions, and program goals; refer to the appropriate department person when unable to respond.
3. Prepare periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
4. May evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods.
5. May review applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with a supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to the program.
6. May assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts and assist with written communication and promotional literature.
7. May plan workshops, meetings, or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling, and participant communications. Interacts and maintains liaison with staff, faculty, and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.

1. Associate's or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

2. Organizational skills to effectively organize workload, manage time and resources and schedule and prioritize projects.
3. Independent Thinking skills to provide persistence and determination in the execution of the position requirements.

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
