Job Summary
Responsible for Marketing Unit Distribution Center office and operation facilities to ensure assigned site(s) meet and support an environment suitable for supply chain operations. Working through direct reports, this position will also manage the completion of the day-to-day activities, involving the maintenance of the
building/facility, equipment and machinery including HVAC, building lighting systems, security and overall facility appearance. *Salary Range: $84,500 - $109.200 Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. *Our benefits and programs are comprehensive and thoughtfully crafted to ensure our colleagues live healthy lives and have support when it matters most. Responsibilities 1.Daily supervision of activities regarding overall facility equipment, maintenance, and security 2.Manages facilitation of internal organizational structure moves by working closely with department leads 3.Manages and coordinates all activities related to internal conference rooms including set-up and cleanliness 4.Works with building maintenance/facilities vendors regarding various items, such as break area vending, janitorial job performance, etc. 5.Manages badge system, and access control, for all employees, vendors, and visitors collaborating with management team to accommodate site tours, audits, and inspections. 6.Manage facility work orders and process 7.Arrange and manage appropriate third-party contractor support 8.Maintain related blueprints, floor drawings, and documentation for space planning, renovations, and overall building mechanics 9.Secure estimates, and cost quotes in conjunction with Procurement; maintain budget planning for building; vendor negotiation to facilitate related equipment and services as needed 10.Manages and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, equipment and machinery 11.Responsible for site accounts payable submissions, AP Tracker, and payroll projections during appropriate time period(s) 12.Properly track and document all preventive maintenances performed 13.Ensures all required Certificates of Insurance for Vendors are in place and renewed annually 14.Manages shipping, receiving, and timely distribution of interoffice and external mail, as well as front desk staff; coaching, counseling and managing performance as needed Additional InformationWe offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability,401K with company contribution, andwellness program.
