Our Central Fraud & Abuse Risk team is looking for a Security Operations Engineer. We leverage security and compliance domain expertise, troves of labeled data, and talented engineers to deliver resilient services that set the standard for the industry. ResponsibilitiesJob responsibilities: Oversee and enhance triage and scrum processes to optimize resource usage and foster alignment across distributed teams in multiple time zones. Triage and route compliance and security work items to applicable teams or resources. Drive investigation and response efficiency through smart automation and process change. Propose service changes and new features to ensure continuing excellence Participate in cross team projects and forums dedicated to improving Fraud and Security response at Microsoft. Drive delivery of engineered solutions that are configurable and responsive to the needs of our response teams. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical models. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of data requirements, metrics, and reporting standards. Embody our culture and values |
