We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager- Reporting & Data Process who brings deep expertise in data visualization and a strong sense of ownership over reporting processes and data integrity.As a member of the Retail Data & Reporting team, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that empower stakeholders across the business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting workflows, and drive accountability in data processes across a global, matrixed, business.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders.Influence end-to-end reporting lifecycle-from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and performance optimization.Collaborate with data engineers, process analyst, and business partners to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.Establish and enforce data governance and quality standards across reporting processes.Monitor and troubleshoot data quality challenges collaborate with necessary stakeholders to ensure reliability and timeliness.Document data sources, logic, and report usage to support transparency and scalability.Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and self-service capabilities.Embody ourcultureandvalues. | |
