Technical Director, Offshore O&G - Autonomous Operations Worley Consulting. Be part of the solution. We assist with asset strategy and selection, business case preparation, concept and feasibility studies, technology evaluation, energy strategies and asset operational excellence. Purpose: The Technical Director for Offshore O&G within the Autonomous Operations Business will report to the Director Autonomous Operations, Americas and is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Autonomous Operations within the focused industries of Offshore O&G or specific discipline areas. This includes aligning the strategic direction for the business, pursuing and winning work, managing resources, managing a team of technical resources with expertise in all aspects of autonomous and automated projects throughout the Americas. The Technical Director will be responsible for vertical P&L through successful project delivery and operational area, building regional multi-discipline, and appropriately skilled delivery teams, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Strong LEBIT management and growth, Operational Excellence, team capacity and talent development, client and market focus to drive increased sales, collaborating with wider Worley Consulting and Base Business to develop integrated offerings will be required.
