 Apogee is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to organize and assist proposal operations efforts. As the Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting operational management and execution of all aspects of the proposal process. This is a full-time position located on-site at the Colorado Springs, Colorado, Corporate office, with the opportunity to telework up to 50% of the time.Responsibilities
 
 
     Analyze requests for proposal (RFPs) ensure all RFP format specifications have been followed, enforce all proposal deadlines, coordinate communications, and maintain version control on multiple, concurrent proposals Build outlines from compliance matrices, build writing templates, rolling review editing/formatting in between Shipley Milestones, coordinate services with outside vendors such as graphics, and ensure adherence to branding standardsSupport all aspects of the proposal development process by integrating AI-assisted tools and automation to streamline the creation, editing, compliance checking, and formatting of proposals.Assist Proposal Manager in the facilitation of kick-off meetings, storyboarding, writing sessions and color team reviewsCreate and maintain document style sheets, MS Office Excel spreadsheets, and other information gathering and maintenance toolsUpdate proposal databases in SharePoint, organize/file documents, and ensure teammates have access to SharePoint for proposal and market research effortsUpdate and maintain boilerplate write-ups for technical content and Past Performance historical dataLeverage automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate) to streamline repetitive formatting, redlining, and review steps.Perform copy editing and document formatting as needed (Daily check-ins on LIVE proposals)Drive continuous improvement by researching and integrating new AI capabilities that enhance proposal and publication efficiency.Operate and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment that will require unique hours at timesQualifications
 
 Minimum Experience: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Education: High School Diploma
 Years of Experience: Three or more years' experience working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and/or Desktop Publishing
 Additional Experience:
