Position Summary / Department Summary:
Works closely with team members to support one or more projects, phases of a large project, or programs. Provides project management and analytics support by developing and maintaining project records (project plans, charters, decision logs, etc.) and monitoring progress against timelines. Synthesizes data and articulates findings for various audiences. Supports the training and implementation of newly established methods, processes, and tools. Tracks portfolio and project progress and escalates issues as needed to meet deadlines and goals. Embodies the Hospital's core values in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
