 Full-Time Wastewater Operator (S2 or S1 Working Toward S2) – Northern New Jersey

We’re hiring a licensed Wastewater Operator (S2 preferred) to manage and maintain small-scale, high-strength wastewater treatment systems (2K–100K GPD). You’ll work independently in the field with full support from our lead operator and management team.

Requirements:

• Valid S2 license in New Jersey ( or S1 actively pursuing S2)
• Reside in Central or North Jersey (for daily travel)
• Clean driving record
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Proficient in Excel

 Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain decentralized wastewater treatment systems
• Daily field visits to commercial and industrial sites
• Recordkeeping, compliance, and system performance monitoring
• Support upgrades and service interventions as needed
