MTSI is looking for a talented Senior Program Analyst to join our team. In this role you will get to provide technical engineering support to MDA's Director for Engineering (MDA/DE) Engineering Management (MDA/DER). MDA/DER integrates all the functions required to manage the MDA engineering enterprise, to include infrastructure and program controls; technical analyses for personnel and business operations; financial planning; and developing and coordinating MDA/DE policies and procedures. The work is performed primarily via telework with occasional meetings with the on-site government team leads at the MDA facility at Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities: Support program/budget planning and manpower analyses Develop budget justification documents (R-Docs) Support issue paper development Analysis and tracking for Congressional RFIs/RTC, including UFR development, justification, and tracking support Other assigned tasks Required Qualifications: Master's degree and 12+ years of related professional experience or Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of related professional experience Active Secret Clearance Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) skills, include experience with large multiple sheet workbooks, formulas/functions, including business/financial and pivot tables Experience with resource planning, cost estimation, resource mapping and tracking to a given baseline Experience working in database environments (PRIDE or ORBIT experience preferable) Excellent Communications skills and ability to multi-task Interesting Work: Our co-workers support some of the most important and critical programs to our national defense and security.
