POSITION SUMMARYThe Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing the Workday and UKG/Kronos technology roadmap for U.S. Venture based on changing business requirements and for partnering with the Data Insights Team with respect to data lake management, automation projects, and other HR-related data requests. The HRIS Manager develops and maintains integrations, business processes and reporting, and ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security. This position provides consultations to a variety of key stake holders to optimize processes.
This position will be open for on-site (Appleton, WI), hybrid or remote work (with travel as required). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
