Job Overview: The Field Service Technician is a key player in providing hands-on mechanical support for IR products, serving as a highly responsive, customer-focused expert for 24/7 technical service needs. In this role, you'll put your industrial repair and installation experience to work, ideally bringing skills with centrifugal or positive displacement equipment, and help position this team as IR's go-to source for field service excellence. You'll collaborate and partner across the organization to deliver reliable, high-impact and trusted solutions using IR's full service and product portfolio, while building lasting relationships with customers and internal teams. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills are essential, preferably including diagnosing vibration, system, or aerodynamic issues in complex equipment. This role requires about 80% domestic and 10% international travel to support customer sites and regional service needs, and includes eligibility for a variety of annual incentive programs. Pay: The pay range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 annually. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills, experience, and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
