If you are, we need you! Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Integration Engineer to join the team with Intuitive Machines, a teammate company. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and Systems Integration Engineer for the integration activities of the Gateway Ready Avionic Integration Lab (GRAIL), a critical integration effort of the Gateway Program which will return to the MoonCollaborate with lab personnel, partners, providers, and testing stakeholders to understand interface and testingrequirements
Leverage interface knowledge to assure lab design provides the proper interfaces and fidelity to satisfy testing objectivesDevelop expertise on lab verification efforts and ensure facility is applicable for assigned testingAssist in lab equipment testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure equipment meets requirement and issatisfactorily integrated
Maintain strict documentation of integration processes, equipment specifications, configurations, and testing resultsEnsure compliance with regulatory and safety standardsProvide support to lab personnel and external customers on integrated systems and their specificationsContinuously reassess documents, policies, procedures for future configurations of the labParticipate and contribute to system requirements reviews, preliminary design reviews and critical design reviewsCommunicate and organize in order to efficiently work within a team environmentPerform other duties as required 
 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.BS degree in Engineering from an accredited engineering schoolMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering or systems engineeringExperience integrating complex hardware and software systemsTroubleshooting, diagnostic, and debugging skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced collaborative environmentKnowledge of test principles, tools, and processes needed to develop test requirementsKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the space hardware field, such as mechanical andelectrical system design, engineering drawings and sketches, and material selection
Knowledge of networking hardware and softwareAbility to prepare written documents and to verbally present at various meetingsAble to organize and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and schedules with limited supervisionExperience working in a team environment 
 Knowledge of Flight Hardware and/or Flight Processes/PaperworkExperience with NASA processesKnowledge and experience with DOORS Next Generation |
