Overview
Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care is seeking a full-time RN Clinician to support a highly respected physician specializing in breast oncology in Boulder, CO. This desk-based role is ideal for a nurse with oncology experience who wants to build meaningful patient relationships outside of bedside care. You'll work alongside three tenured, skilled triage RNs and a strong, supportive supervisor who understands the role well. Responsibilities include phone-based symptom triage, chemotherapy education, supporting newly diagnosed breast cancer patients, managing anticoagulation therapy, and handling prescription refills and prior authorizations. Qualifications
Nurses with OCN certification are eligible for OCN Incentive Pay after 90 days of employment or upon obtainment of certification. Requires sitting/standing for extensive periods of time with the use hands to finger, handle, or feel and arms to reach or carry. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision, color perception and hearing to normal range. Requires legible handwriting.
