Overview
Front Office Lead/Float The Front Office Lead/Float plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. This position supports both the reception and phone operator teams, providing day-to-day guidance, training, and workflow oversight. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to patients and colleagues and promoting workplace culture. The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $18.00 - $34.03. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medical preparations and other conditions common to an oncology/hematology clinic environment. Work will involve in-person interaction with co-workers and management and/or clients. Work may require minimal travel by automobile to office sites.
