Responsibilities Position Summary: Under the supervision of the designated Clinical Supervisor, the Associate Therapist, facilitates individual and group sessions with clients, as well as performs various clinical core functions. The Associate Therapist provides milieu management by modeling intervention techniques in mentoring floor staff. This position may coordinate the stage system with the completion of written assignments, reflection, subsequent advancement through the stages and scheduling of earned privileges. Compensation for this role ranges from $61,462-$78,747 per year depending on education and experience.
