What you will do: Reporting to the Practice Administrator at a comprehensive, multi-specialty site, the Practice Manager is responsible for assisting in the daily clinical operations of the health center. Responsibilities include supervising medical assistants, managing triage and hospital follow-up calls, rooming patients, overseeing vaccines, and other nursing responsibilities. This role includes budget management, scheduling, safety, environment of care, maintaining adequate clinical supply level and the hiring, supervision, staffing, evaluation and discipline of Human Resources. This position focuses on customer service and continuous improvement of clinical operations. Salary Range: Minimum 56.34/hour - Maximum 87.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
