Position Summary The primary purpose of this position is to assist the youth leader with all youth and after school programs. This position will help guide, develop, and assist with mission driven programs and opportunities that cater to the spiritual needs of the community and congregation. Essential Functions 
 Working Conditions Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Must be able to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Minimum Qualifications 
 Skills, Knowledge & Abilities 
 Education High School or Equivalent (required) Experience Proficient in Microsoft Windows, and use of Word and Excel. (required)
  CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. (preferred) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
