| Description QualificationsABOUT THE POSITION: This is a rare opportunity at our company for a HR Generalist. We are a fast-paced, goal-driven, progressive HR department and this position is critical to our success!  OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Our ideal candidate will start off with 3-5 years of human resources experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (manufacturing HR experience a definite plus!) You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, (a PHR certification is preferred, but not mandatory.) In addition, you will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication and conflict resolution, and proficiency in MS Office products!
