The successful leader will be responsible for for managing JMT's Construction Management and Inspection services in Texas. CM services include construction and program management, construction inspection, claims support, scheduling and cost estimating, project controls and other related construction management responsibilities. You will be responsible for driving growth throughout Texas, providing leadership and mentoring of current CM/CEI staff, developing and overseeing execution of business development strategies ensuring growth and financial success for the practice at the regional level.  Working Conditions: At JMT we value a healthy work/life balance and offer a flexible hybrid working schedule. Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking.
