Position Title: Project Manager - Ad Agency Work Location: Mettawa, IL 60045 Assignment Duration: 2 years - Based on performance and business needs Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Position Summary: The Project Manager works closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities and the ongoing relationship with their respective internal business partners. Knowledge / Skills / Responsibilities: Understand guidelines including but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, Veeva PromoMats review, and corporate compliance. Understand the Ad Agency Workflow Process, including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production, and archiving. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multitask to enhance productivity and manage workload. Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment. Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Project / Process Management: Assist on print, digital, and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the Ad Agency. Help facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Track time daily. Assist with providing estimates and timelines. Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule. Accountability / Scope: Reports to their assigned Ad Agency account manager. Partners with the creative team on project initiatives. Adherence to all company-wide financial policies. Experience / Qualifications: Bachelor degree required with 4-8 years of ad agency experience required (minimum), pharmaceutical experience a plus. Excellent communication skills: verbal, presentation, written with high energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role. Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details. Top Skills / Experience / Education Required: PM experience in an internal or external ad agency a must. Incredibly detail oriented. Proactive and effective collaborator. Strong communicator. Extensive experience creating estimates, timelines, and meeting notes. Manage product launch and label change safety document updates. Communicate to working team on approval of safety documents. Occasionally work longer hours upon FDA product approval.
