About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in elevating the brand's digital presence, translating creative concepts into stunning, social-first video content. You'll be a key player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working alongside creative and marketing partners to conceptualize and execute captivating visuals that drive engagement and tell the brand's story across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Your work will directly influence how audiences perceive and interact with the brand, ensuring a polished, elevated, and on-brand aesthetic in every frame.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, social-first video content optimized for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, as well as new and developing digital channels.
• Confidently capture short-form video and occasional photography, ensuring a polished, elevated, and brand-right aesthetic that is inherently social-first.
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in video editing, including sound mixing, understanding pacing, crafting compelling story arcs, and adhering to platform best practices.
• Set up and dismantle camera equipment, microphones, lighting, props, and other necessary gear for shoots.
• Support the refinement and re-editing of influencer content and videos specifically developed for both organic and paid media channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and cross-functional social marketing partners to ideate and execute impactful in-season content.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• A polished portfolio showcasing strong examples of short-form social content.
• Mastery of industry-standard video editing software, including Premiere and After Effects, along with other relevant video editing programs.
• Deep understanding of current social media platform trends and video best practices.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar videography and editing role, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Strong technical skills in editing content, sound mixing, understanding pacing, and story arcs.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with color-correction techniques.
• A background in graphic design, particularly for creating motion graphics and branded overlays.
• Examples of TikTok series or Instagram Reels in your portfolio.
