Support Specialist I is responsible for creating and maintaining internal documents/procedures according to established guidelines. The Support Specialist I is responsible, through various reviews, for verifying manually entered data on the core for accuracy to comply with document and regulatory requirements. In addition, the Support Specialist I is responsible for monitoring and tracking incoming emails to a dedicated email box. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
