| General Summary The Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, reliability, and evolution of the organization's data center infrastructure. They will also be responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of our server and network services to ensure the seamless performance, security, and scalability of the company's networking infrastructure. In addition to their technical expertise, they will be expected to bring strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop their team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. They will collaborate closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless and efficient infrastructure services that support our business objectives. Principal Duties and Responsibilities 
 Develop a 3-year budget for all managed assets related to the server and networking infrastructure.Develop and maintain the infrastructure operations strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Guide projects, from upgrades and expansions to new implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to ensure data center infrastructure remains current and competitive.Drive automation solutions throughout all sub-teams aimed at improving efficiency.Manage the everyday functions of the infrastructure operations team. This includes staffing, budgeting, and other relevant management functions required.Ensure that infrastructure related tools and services are appropriately evaluated, selected, implemented, configured, tested, and maintained, including appropriate integration with other sources of organizational data.Exhaustive documentation of infrastructure related tools, services, and processes aimed at providing transparency and business continuity.Create, define, and implement team specific metrics aimed at measuring the effectiveness and expectations of each team member.Mentor members of the infrastructure operations team with all team members through regular 1-on-1 meetings, team meetings, and career progression plans.Develop infrastructure operations related training programs to ensure all team members are staying up to date with the latest technology trends.Collaborate with internal stakeholders - including IT and business resources, IT infrastructure, and procurement - to develop criteria, processes, and best practices for network services management.Collaborate with IT and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.Conduct regular security assessments and audits of the infrastructure operations environment. Job Specifications Knowledge 
 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Extensive infrastructure experience focused on delivering business-related outcomes.Experience in successfully leading a team in managing infrastructure operations, including establishing policies, assessing risk, monitoring performance, and building relationships.Proven experience developing and executing a comprehensive network infrastructure plan across a large, diverse organization.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
