Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Manager, IT User Access Management.



Role Overview:


This position is responsible for the IT User Access Management team, consisting of various User Access Management and IT Automation Engineers. This position will be providing leadership, direction, and oversight in the design, support, and automation of the organization's identity and access management systems. This position will work with various business unit leaders as well as IT Development teams and IT Engineering teams to plan and prioritize projects. This position will oversee the integrations, upgrades, and maintenance of identity management systems; and provide top-level support for all enterprise-level identity and access management systems.



Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years in application support or identity and access management systems.
  • Must have prior leadership and/or supervisory experience to be considered.
  • Extensive experience in Active Directory
  • Prior experience with Entra ID
  • Must have strong knowledge of PowerShell
  • Must have some experience with MS Azure
  • Fundamental understanding of Single Sign-On and SAML technologies



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with PingFederate
  • Extensive API integration experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • Strong scripting experience
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems
  • Ability to identify and improve inefficient user access processes
  • Extensive Microsoft 365 Administration experience
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • PingIdentity and PingFederate experience preferred
