Job Overview

Tech Early Career Software Engineers are expected to work closely with Technical Leads, Architects, Quality Engineers, and other Software Engineers in a highly collaborative environment. If you want to be challenged in a fast, Agile environment with other A-Players and perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do



  • Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.
  • Deliver project assignments on time and with high quality.
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads and other Software Engineering resources in coding and implementing integrated, enterprise solutions.
  • Work with distributed teams across various time zones.
  • A customer-centric mentality/passion for building products with great UX.
  • An engineering mindset and strong consideration of the tradeoffs are present in every decision.
  • Strong, supported, opinions about the right ways to do things that you are not afraid to defend.
  • Work with the Technical Lead to create and support system design documentation following standard templates; take initiative to periodically review and recommend improvements to the templates as needs arise and to keep all documentation up to date.

Interpersonal effectiveness: Ability to influence and drive expectations for major cross-functional initiatives.

Objective understanding: Clear understanding of company and sponsor objectives to advise on necessary programs for success.

Outcome-driven: Powerful desire to achieve results that drive the company and teams towards success.

Critical decision-making: Ability to gather data and make informed, critical decisions quickly.

Adaptability: Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to thrive within ambiguity.

Independence: Capable of working independently with little to no supervision.

Who You Are



  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
