About the Role:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the sourcing, negotiation, and management of vendor relationships across a range of corporate services. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company secures the best possible value from its vendors while maintaining compliance and efficiency. Your impact will be felt across multiple departments, as you'll collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Communications, and more.
Here's What You'll Do:
- Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts (MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements) for various corporate services.
- Lead RFP processes and vendor negotiations, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and manage vendor selection.
- Partner with Legal, Cybersecurity, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless vendor onboarding and contract execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the procurement function to enhance efficiency, compliance, and spend visibility.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of experience in procurement/vendor management, specifically within Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, or enterprise software categories.
- Proven success in leading vendor negotiations and end-to-end RFPs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and experience managing complex, multi-stage projects.
