Technical Program Manager

This Technical Program Manager role is a critical position within the Strategic Health Solutions team, focusing on leveraging large population data and AI models to improve health outcomes. The successful Talent will lead project life cycles for health initiatives, coordinating between internal teams and external partners, and providing regular status updates to leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end project management, technical and legal requirements for health products, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. This position is integral to the team's success, driving product development and fostering key external partnerships.

Responsibilities:

* Lead key program management meetings (weekly reviews, stand-ups, team huddles).

* Drive alignment and resolve blockers.

* Compile and disseminate regular program updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

* Develop and manage program workflows, project plans, and reusable artifacts.

* Support customer engagements by presenting product overviews and leading technical discussions.

* Coordinate with external partners and system integrators to define project plans, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

* Track, monitor, and report on key program metrics.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

* 5+ years of program management experience, ideally in software development.

* Experience working with external customers and partners.

* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Engineering, Product, UX).

* Understanding of system design and software development lifecycle.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud preferred).

* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
