Internal Events Program Manager

As an Internal Events Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind impactful internal events, programs, and workshops. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, interface with executive leadership, and manage vendor relationships to deliver seamless and memorable events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops, for employees and stakeholders worldwide.
• Develop engaging and inspiring content aligned with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive event experiences.
• Manage event logistics, including vendor relations, budgeting, and communication plans.
• Interface with executive leadership to provide updates and ensure alignment.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Events, and/or Internal Engagement
• Proven ability to think strategically, balancing creative vision with practical execution.
• Solid project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with international teams.
