Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will:

• Lead product design initiatives within a product team, driving the design process from concept to implementation.
• Conduct rapid prototyping activities to quickly test and iterate on design solutions.
• Conduct user research within the product team to understand user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product team members, including developers, product managers, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide design leadership and autonomy in decision-making, influencing the direction of the product.
• Help maintain momentum on projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with patient experience or pharmaceutical patient support programs.
• Background in designing on Salesforce platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong core product design skills with a proven ability to design end-to-end user experiences.
• Experience working autonomously, providing clear updates, and navigating changes in leadership or project direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
