MDS Nurse
Nurses at Mary Free Bed are a key member of the multi-disciplinary team that collaborates together to provide patient-centered care. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Designee, the MDS Nurse will complete the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment for all patients/residents in accordance with the requirements of this state and the policies and goals of this facility. The MDS Nurse will provide patient care within the scope of their license, certification or registration. Nursing care is performed with compassion and courtesy, and each nurse is responsible to follow departmental policies and service standards. Essential Job Responsibilities
