Cutting Machine Operator

• Set up and operate the cutting machine efficiently by following work orders, verifying dimensions, and ensuring optimal material utilization.
• Maintain high quality by inspecting finished products, identifying defective materials, and making necessary machine adjustments or blade replacements.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to company safety policies and reporting any hazards or incidents.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maximize equipment performance and longevity.
• Accurately document production data, maintenance activities, and service calls using PCs or tablets.
• Support continuous improvement by training team members, identifying process enhancements, and collaborating with other departments.
• Manage changing priorities with strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a commitment to meeting performance and quality goals.
