1st Shift | $16 per hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple times per day
• Strong computer proficiency-this is a computer-heavy role
• Proven attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn on the job and retain new processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and learning through experience

*Previous experience with shipping systems and/or final inspection is a plus

Position Overview:

This hybrid role involves both physical work and computer-based tasks. You will be the final checkpoint before our products reach the customer, ensuring accuracy and quality with every order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final inspection and packaging of outgoing orders
• Use UPS Worldship and FedEx online shipping systems
• Operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Utilize a hardness tester to ensure product compliance
• Accurately audit shop routers for completeness and correctness
• Navigate customer specifications to verify order accuracy
• Transfer detailed information between documents with precision
• Collaborate with a small team of 4 to ensure smooth operations
• Retain training and apply knowledge to evolving situations
• Recognize knowledge gaps and proactively ask questions
