Job Description:



  • We are urgently seeking candidates to support front-line customer service operations.
    This role involves answering incoming calls, logging service requests into a ticketing system, and providing courteous, accurate assistance to callers.
    The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office, call center, or front desk environments and demonstrate strong communication and writing skills.



Role & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Take detailed messages.
  • Log service requests and customer interactions into a ticketing system.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.


Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in office support, call center, or front desk roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a very good attendance records.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems and basic office software.
