Team/Position Summary: Within Nintendo of America's (NOA) Sales department, the Brand Ambassador Operations team brings it all together for the field team. The Operations team enables a seamless execution of in-store merchandising and various projects. Key goals include improving overall processes and tools from product training to reporting. The Operations team partners closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects in-stores and analyze data that is collected by the Brand Ambassador team.

The Sr Field Operations Coordinator will support the retail consumer experience by monitoring and reporting on interactive retail displays and ensuring that NOA's investment is maximized in the US & Canada, along with executing day-to-day operations, communications, and field projects.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Monitors, reports, updates and coordinates the repair of NOA retail displays and provides relevant communication to Nintendo Brand Ambassador (NBA) field staff.
  • Monitors the interactives and works with internal departments to ensure they are connected to the internet, have the latest content, engagement data, and are in physical working order for consumers to enjoy.
  • Publishes business reports, identifying technology needs for Retail Merchandising teams.
  • Monitors NBA emails, display product usage and answers display questions from field staff, and provides direction as appropriate.
  • Keeps a pulse on how engagement varies between interactives in markets.
  • Reviews, oversees and distributes display POP materials and guides to field staff.
  • Reviews and monitors daily NBA orders (and back orders), such as launch and non-launch materials, and recommends orders based on business needs and NBA inventory guidelines.
  • Oversees assigned product launch activities related to in-store permanent merchandising.
  • Assists in the creation and management project budgets.
  • Provides art direction, and assists in managing vendors on merchandising project.
  • Assists with defining and establishing protocols and standards for field communication, display issue escalation and project execution and compliance.
  • Creates project, surveys, and dashboard reporting in field management software tools.
  • Publishes qualitative sales and marketing reports as requested by key stakeholders.
  • Partners with internal teams to leverage and train field teams on enterprise-wide systems and bespoke training applications to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Coordinates content updates with NOA product marketing, content, and engineering teams.
  • Facilitates and coordinate NBA corporate new hire training and other trainings as requested.
  • Processes updates in Natural Insight, including maintaining personnel information, store assignments, and Retailer details.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Two to three years of related experience.
  • Experience in a marketing, inventory management and warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Access and desktop publishing software preferred).
  • Previous presentation delivery experience and/or previous training experience.
  • Experience with Adobe and graphic software required.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks.
  • Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems, or requires deep administrative or analytical/technical skills in a single area.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $28.94 - $46.30 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
