Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and analyze comprehensive cost models for products and components, resulting in "Should Cost" estimates.
* Perform destructive teardown and create 3D models using 3D scanners, Autodesk Inventor, and Creo as required.
* Provide recommendations to support benchmarking, supplier negotiation, and New Product Development across multiple organizations within Client.
* Limited travel may be required on an as needed basis.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years" experience in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering
* 3D modeling (Inventor, Creo, SolidWorks, etc.)
* Mechanical, hands-on shop experience
* Factory / manufacturing operations experience
* Familiarity with machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.)
* Familiarity with sheet metal operations (cutting, forming, joining, etc.)
* Knowledge of HVAC&R systems
* Cost estimation experience
* Ability to prepare and deliver key internal/external presentations
* Proficiency in Microsoft O365, including Excel, PowerPoint
