This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $147,000.00 Responsibilities: Performs oversees the strategic planning functions for the department, including forecasting and budgeting, evaluating potential projects, and allocating resources. Provides technical leadership for projects, ensuring client satisfaction, reviewing, and approving technical data, and identifying/evaluating new technologies for testing based on technological advances and client needs. This leader promotes a safety and quality culture, ensuring adherence to all company and regulatory safety and quality policies and procedures. The Supervisor also ensures that work expectations are met and takes effective corrective actions when necessary. The Supervisor is required to provide daily oversight and continuous improvement on the following specific areas:
