Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Screening Coordinator to work in our Kansas City, MO office. This role is open to entry-level candidates.



Role Overview:


The Screening Coordinator is responsible for protecting our underground telecommunication utilities through correctly, safely, and efficiently determining the need for these utilities to be field located. The Screening Coordinator will assist with handling external emails and voicemails regarding locate questions from Field Ops and Contractors and additional duties as assigned by management. The Screening Coordinator I will work an on-call rotation.



Qualifications



Education: High school diploma, some college preferred



Experience:



  • This role is open to entry-level candidates.
  • Preferred: Prior experience with ESR GIS.
  • 1+ years of experience using Irth UtiliSphere or other One Call Ticket Management software, Locator, One Call Center or GIS experience preferred



Key Competencies:



  • Knowledge of One Call Program
  • Knowledge of telecom utility infrastructure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accurate and efficient reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally via email and phone
  • Ability to work independently and stay on-task in remote environment
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office Suite
