Terros Health is looking for an Assessment Clinican for our Woodlands Village location in Flagstaff, AZ

Schedule: On-call

3 Days Per Week for IOP Group Sessions

Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred

Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, New Grads Considered

Maintains Arizona Arizona License: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in Good Standing

Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field

AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (according to Policy)

*Weekly clinical supervision for associate level licensed staff*

Position Summary: Behavioral health experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance use, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, supervised by Clinical Manager or Director. This position is responsible for providing outpatient assessment, diagnosis, and outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework of "Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita". Ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objective and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies. Provision of services will occur in the office or other place of service.

Essential Duties:



  • Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients, in-home or onsite as required by program/contract guidelines.
  • Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family to improve overall health when necessary.
  • Utilize appropriate evidence-based practices to meet the needs of the individual or family.
  • Ability to determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Treatment plans provide clear translation of needs of individual and/or family and include achievable and measurable objectives.
  • Adheres to confidentiality guidelines.
  • Complies with Terros Health policies and procedures appropriate to professional code of ethics.
  • Ability to maintain session structure, including starting and ending sessions/groups in a timely manner.
  • Ensures clients are accessing primary care at least annually or as designated by the Primary Care physician, if applicable.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license preferred, or Bachelor's level degree and equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Must have ability to perform first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary and appropriate.
  • Experience in the specific area of work applied for.
  • Possesses ability to use the keyboard effectively.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy.
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass a TB Test.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
