Terros Health is looking for an Assessment Clinican for our Woodlands Village location in Flagstaff, AZ Schedule: On-call 3 Days Per Week for IOP Group Sessions Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, New Grads Considered Maintains Arizona Arizona License: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in Good Standing Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (according to Policy) *Weekly clinical supervision for associate level licensed staff* Position Summary: Behavioral health experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance use, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, supervised by Clinical Manager or Director. This position is responsible for providing outpatient assessment, diagnosis, and outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework of "Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita". Ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objective and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies.
