Summary

As an Associate Product Manager, you will manage the product lifecycle for more products as part of our Force/Torque Sensing product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused products to the market. Conducting market research, and developing and implementing product strategies that drive growth.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements and specifications.

Analyzing product performance and making recommendations for product pricing, improvements.

Formulating a strategic plan for managing product end-of-life, including internal execution and effective customer communication.

Developing marketing collateral to support product launches.

Training sales teams on new products and features for successful launch

Customer Satisfaction Knowledge - Have a comprehensive understanding of product development and launch processes.

  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Have a deep understanding of the product's target audience and their needs.

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a technical role with success collaborating across an organization
  • Experience in robotics and automation markets
  • Experience in customer-facing role with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Be data-driven and able to analyze metrics to make informed decisions about the product portfolio, high level capability in Excel for data analytics
  • B.S. degree or higher. MBA desirable.

Travel Requirements

  • Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel can be up to 30%.
