Responsibilities Role Summary: STC is seeking an experienced model-based systems engineer to work with our customer's engineers, on-site, on a large-scale systems acquisition development project. The chosen candidate must be have strong communication skills and demonstrated initiative to execute tasks and deliver results, with a limited amount of managerial oversight. The candidate must be able to bridge the gap between unclassified work being done remotely by STC and the classified team on-site at the customer facility, ensuring that we maintaining excellence in our work product as we continue to refine system architectures that will drive development for this aquisition. Being able to guide and coach customer engineers on the "why" and "how" of good MBSE methodology will also be a key to succeeding in this role. This will be an on-site position in the vicinity of the Navy Yard in Washington, DC, likely with the option for limited remote work. Core Responsibilities:

Equal Pay Act This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
