Summary We're looking for high-potential leaders to join our Accelerated Manager Training Program. This is a fast-tracked, hands-on development program designed to prepare you for placement as a Branch Manager at our Chattanooga location. The rotational program will immerse you in core areas of our business including operations, service, and sales - with a focus on Leadership Development and supporting Continuous Improvement. You'll complete milestone-driven training and engage directly with leadership to drive meaningful business impact. Over the course of 12 months, you'll rotate across three branch locations, building the knowledge, skills, and relationships needed to successfully run a branch and drive business impact. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, natural leadership ability, and the desire to grow into a strategic management position. Why Join Us?
