We are seeking aSAP Sr. Business Analyst - FICO in either our Pittsburgh location or Boulder location and is committed to ensuring overall business success and corporate governance. This SAP Sr. Business Analyst - FICO position will be part of the Enterprise Applications team, working with a team of key business leaders and other Business Analysts to drive change and support our business. The candidate must know how to leverage SAP to support best practices and have proven understanding of FI/CO modules. Furthermore, the candidate needs to have very good understanding and working knowledge in integration of other core ERP modules like PP, SD, and MM into SAP FI/CO. The candidate needs to have experience in both SAP ECC ERP 6.0 and SAP S4 HANA environments.

Responsibilities:



  • Work with internal IT resources and/or external on implementations, enhancements and support for our ERP ECC 6.0 systems and S4 HANA system (core ERP, replication and Central processing);
  • Requirement gathering for any additional FICO functionality, and process change. Provide fit gap analysis and available options on solution;
  • Capable of building and reviewing business and technical documentation to ensure test plans meet technical and business requirements;
  • Support system changes through configuration and enhancement including provide Functional specification on ABAP program changes in the FICO area(all RICEF and performance enhancements);
  • Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos and work with users providing training and testing support;
  • Working knowledge of SDLC project methodology (i.e.; ASAP, SOLMAN);
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics Management;
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.



Qualifications:





    • Minimum 7 - 15 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA with at least two full cycle implementations with large design responsibilities and additional experience in designing enhancements and improving processes. The quality of experience is critical;
    • BA/BS Degree is required with good knowledge/experience of accounting, finance and costing;
    • Strong understanding on SAP FICO module. Including Strong in CO, COPA, PCA, CCA and Finance;
    • Experience working in SAP in manufacturing industry environments;
    • Very good understanding of various SAP system landscapes and experience on other software to support finance operations;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and solution options to business operations team and leadership;
    • Ability to travel 15% of the time (domestic and international). More during projects/implementation;
    • Working in a global company may require flexible working hour arrangement from time to time depending on projects and global team meetings.
