KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Marketing Technology and AI to join our Clients and Markets organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a strategic portfolio of MarTech and AI projects, ensuring initiatives are positioned to deliver maximum strategic value, ROI, and contribute to business goals
  • Act as a product owner for MarTech and AI solutions, serving as subject matter expert for your applications and driving a compelling vision forward that drives value for internal users
  • Oversee in-flight MarTech and GTM AI initiatives from inception through scaling and roadmap development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving seamless coordination across business stakeholders, IT, and vendor partners
  • Drive and implement high-impact application enhancement and consolidation strategies that align with broader business objectives, focusing on transformative initiatives that drive sustainable growth, innovation, and competitive advantage
  • Spearhead the rollout of shared KPIs and performance dashboards for MarTech and AI investments, enabling data-driven decisions, insights-led product improvements, and enhancing the overall impact of MarTech and AI investments
  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder workshops and change management initiatives, aligning them with the department's strategic objectives to ensure broad-based support and successful adoption of new technologies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent hands-on project management experience in a technology or marketing operations environment, preferably within a B2B organization
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation initiatives that drive business impact and ability to think and plan strategically, envisioning long-term goals and aligning projects with the company's vision
  • Solid technical experience with MarTech and AI tools, such as marketing automation platforms, content management platforms, and data providers, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Agentforce, Optimizely, and Demandbase; proficient with project management tools such as JIRA preferred
  • Deep understanding of MarTech ecosystems and the Al vendor landscape to support strategic planning
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience using internal and external communications channels including social

California Salary Range: $70900 - $143500
