The Sr Content Developer is responsible for the design, development, and enhancement of training programs that align with organizational goals. The scope of this job includes collaboration with subject matter experts to create and enhance enterprise-wide training and development practices to ensure effective, high-quality outcomes. This position sits within WellSky's People & Talent organization and requires the ability to translate business goals and objectives into effective content and training strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop content for multiple formats, including microlearning, instructor-led, and digital learning that deliver measurable impact.
  • Responsible for the Workday Learning system in collaboration with the HR Systems Analyst and own the relationship with all enterprise-wide content libraries and tools.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop the strategy for content development and drive innovation in training design and delivery that aligns with organizational goals and industry trends.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex content development projects and ensure the highest quality of instructional content to be delivered both virtually and in-person.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of learner data and feedback and leverage insights to shape long-term content strategies and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Partner with People & Talent leadership to integrate new technologies and AI methodologies into the content to keep WellSky at the forefront of learning and development.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and implement large-scale content projects while managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Learning (highly preferred), Vimeo, Articulate suite, and Camtasia

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
