Warehouse Picker needed in Warsaw, IN - Bring the grit, get the reward!
Pay: $12.50/hr + $2.50 attendance bonus
1st Shift Hours:6 AM - 2:30 PM + Overtime as needed

What You'll Do:

  • Pick and prepare LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) orders accurately using pick lists and scanners
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels for accuracy
  • Pack and label shipments securely for transport
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
  • Follow all safety procedures and collaborate with your team to meet daily goals


Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of forklift experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer and math skills for inventory and scanning tasks
  • A strong work ethic - show up, clock in, and don't coast
  • Follow safety rules (we take it seriously)
  • Sharp attention to detail (because mistakes slow us down)
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and improve
  • A team-first attitude
