About the position

The Associate Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining moderately complex data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business analytics needs. This role applies growing technical expertise to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.

Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to deliver data for reporting and insights.
  • Monitor and resolve data quality and integrity issues.
  • Implement data validation, logging, and error-handling processes.
  • Contribute to data documentation and best practices.


Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in a similar role. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.
  • Good business and technology acumen, including knowledge of company software, Microsoft Windows, and Office.
  • Experience managing or participating in cross-functional projects.
  • CRM experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language.
  • Understanding of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Good collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to establish rapport, gain trust, and build consensus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.#LI-DNI

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
