Description

Continental Properties is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Management team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, troubleshoot datasets, and turn raw data into actionable insights. You'll collaborate across departments to meet reporting needs, uncover trends, and deliver data stories that inform strategic decisions. This high-impact position helps shape how Continental uses data to drive performance and growth.

You will report to the Business Intelligence Analyst Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:




  • Power BI Development - Design, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with Power BI dashboards and reports that follow best practices and meet business needs.



  • Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze data to uncover trends, anomalies, and key business drivers, providing actionable insights that inform decisions.



  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with business users to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and deliver reporting solutions. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and promote awareness of available reports across the organization.



  • Data Quality & Governance - Validate and monitor data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.



  • Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, data storytelling, and adoption.





Skills for Success:




  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Finance or similar quantitative field preferred



  • Experience: 2 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or other analytical role



  • Strong experience developing reports and dashboards with an eye for creative, effective data visualization.



  • Proven ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions using BI tools such as Power BI (preferred),Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.



  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and structured/unstructured data.



  • Working knowledge of SQL and analytical/statistical techniques for data mining and analysis.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The posted salary range represents our good faith estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include bonus potential or other forms of compensation and benefits.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
